The village is probably the only remaining Malay riverine village in Melaka, which still retains its old charm despite nestled within the confines of city comforts. It is more of a “living museum” than a typical Malay village. Nonetheless, you will definitely be impressed by the beauty of some well-preserved wooden houses and the traditional way of life of the Malay community in Melaka.
